Enabling the "Link" blind, due to failed screen display

When the screen display has stopped working, due either to failure of the screen itself or the connecting 'ribbon' cable, users may have to enable the serial link 'blind' to be able to backup the data in their machine. To do this:

Note: A baud rate of 57600, rather than 115200, is suggested because pressing [1] could select either 19200 or 115200. If you do particularly want to use 115200, press [Right arrow] once immediately after [5] and before [Enter].

To be sure of a reliable connection, set the same speed in PsiWin 'Properties'.
